4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.

For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Each promotional offer is valid once only.
• Attempting to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.

• Cashback benefits are credited at a set time each week.

• VIP tier status may be reassessed after a prolonged period of inactivity.

6.1 Fraud and Misconduct

• Using any software, bots, automation tools, or techniques to manipulate the system.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an advantage.
• Improperly using another member's account information.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering Policy
